  • Job Title: Operations Coordinator

    Position Overview: 

    The Operations Coordinator will be responsible for overseeing volunteers, ensuring that processes run efficiently and effectively. This role involves managing resources, optimizing procedures, connecting with missionaries, and leading teams to achieve organizational goals. 


    Key Responsibilities:


    1. Process Management: Managing current operational processes and improve productivity, user retention, and fulfill the mission of organization.
    2. Team Leadership: Supervising volunteers, providing training, and fostering a positive environment to ensure high performance.
    3. Mission Focus: forecasting needs of missionary being served, and ensuring operations are in the best interest of the missionary and the organization.
    4. Quality Control: Establishing and maintaining quality standards to meet missionary expectations and ministry partnership requirements.
    5. Performance Monitoring: Analyzing key performance indicators (KPIs) to identify areas for improvement and implement corrective actions.
    6. Strategic Planning: Collaborating with board members to develop long-term operational strategies that align with organizational goals.
    7. Problem-Solving: Addressing operational issues as they arise and implementing solutions to prevent future problems.




    Qualifications:


    • A burden for missionary families. 
    • Experience in operations, logistics, or a related area, with progressive responsibility.*
    • Familiarity with internal operations.
    • Ability to lead and motivate teams effectively.
    • Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to analyze data to improve processes.
    • Proficiency in managing projects, timelines, and budgets.
    • Strong verbal and written communication skills for effective collaboration.
    • Familiarity with operation tools and software.

    The Collaboration Director will lead the development and management of strategic partnerships to expand our reach and drive collaboration. This role requires a dynamic leader who can foster collaboration across diverse apostolic influencers, church leadership, and key stakeholders. 


    Key Responsibilities:


    Strategic Partnership Development:

    • Identify and engage external Seed partners aligned with the organization’s mission.
    • Develop and implement strategies for collaboration that drive mutual benefits and maximize impact.

    Relationship Management:

    • Cultivate and maintain strong relationships with existing partners.
    • Serve as the primary point of contact for collaboration inquiries and initiatives.
    • Facilitate regular communication and meetings to ensure ongoing alignment and engagement.

    Program Development:

    • Collaborate with internal teams to design and implement programs that leverage partnerships.
    • Collaborate with apostolic businesses to provide high quality merchandise for Seed store. Monitor and evaluate the effectiveness of collaborative efforts and adjust strategies as needed.

    Community Engagement:

    • Represent Seed at conferences, events, forums, and meetings to build visibility and support.
    • Engage with community members to understand needs and identify collaboration opportunities.

    Reporting and Communication:

    • Prepare reports on partnership activities and outcomes for internal and external stakeholders.
    • Communicate the impact of collaborations through various channels, including social media, newsletters, and presentations.

  • Job Title: Care Director

    Position Overview: 

    We are seeking an experienced and compassionate Care Director to lead our missionary celebration program, “Touch”. This role involves developing, implementing, and overseeing programs that promote emotional wellness and support for our missionaries by celebrating their personal events and achievements. The Care Director will work collaboratively with a multidisciplinary team to ensure that our missionaries and families are celebrated on key holidays: Christmas, birthdays, anniversaries etc. 



    Key Responsibilities:



    1. Program Development:  Design and implement a care calendar tailored to the key holidays of each current missionary family. Additionally, design and implement a care calendar to celebrate and care for retired missionaries.
    2.  Leadership:  Provide direction and support to additional Touch team members, fostering a culture of celebration and empathy. 
    3.  Assessment & Evaluation:  Monitor and assess the effectiveness of Touch programs, making adjustments based on feedback and outcomes.
    4. Collaboration:  Work closely with Seed Board and stakeholders to ensure a holistic approach to celebrating missionary families. Collaborate with other internal Seed team members to promote missionary accomplishments through standard channels of promotion.
    5. Community Outreach: Engage with the Seed community to promote the celebration of missionaries. 
    6. Policy Development:  Establish policies and procedures related to how Seed celebrates and memorializes missionary families. 


    Qualifications:

    • Proven leadership and management experience.
    • Strong understanding of emotional health principles and therapeutic interventions.
    • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
    • Ability to work collaboratively in a multidisciplinary team environment.

    The Merch Store Assistant is responsible for assisting the Merch Director. This role involves  inventory management, and ensuring top-notch customer experience. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in retail management, and merchandising.


    Key Responsibilities:

    1. Inventory Management: Oversee inventory levels, conduct regular audits, and ensure effective stock replenishment to minimize shrinkage.
    2. Customer Experience: Enhance customer engagement through exceptional service and effective visual merchandising strategies.
    3. Shipping Management:  Packing and shipping of sold goods, staging inventory and keeping inventory organized and ready for immediate shipment. 

    Qualifications:

    • Proven track record of driving sales growth and managing a successful retail team.
    • Strong analytical skills and proficiency in inventory management systems.
    • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

  • Job Title: Global Prayer Coordinator

    The Global Prayer Coordinator will be responsible for leading and coordinating prayer initiatives across various regions to foster spiritual growth, community engagement, and global outreach. This role requires a deep commitment to prayer, excellent organizational skills, and the ability to connect with diverse groups of people.



    Key Responsibilities:


    1. Prayer Strategy Development: Design and implement global prayer initiatives aligned with organizational goals. Develop prayer resources and materials for local and global use.
    2. Coordination and Communication: Coordinate virtual prayer events, campaigns, and networks across multiple regions.
    3. Monitoring and Reporting: Track and report on prayer initiatives, gathering feedback to improve future efforts. Maintain a database of prayer requests and testimonies from around the world.
    4. Community Engagement: Build relationships with local and international prayer networks. Collaborate with other ministries and organizations to promote unified prayer efforts.

  • Job Title: Point of Purchase Transaction Specialist

    Position Overview: 

    The Point of Purchase (POP) Transaction Specialist will focus on managing and optimizing the transaction processes that occur at retail locations. Will be responsible for managing and optimizing transaction processes at retail locations. This role focuses on delivering exceptional customer service while ensuring accurate and efficient sales transactions. The specialist will work closely with store management to enhance the overall shopping experience and drive sales performance.


    Key Responsibilities:

    1. Transaction Processing: Ensuring efficient and accurate handling of sales transactions, returns, and exchanges.
    2.  Customer Service:  Assisting customers with their purchases, addressing inquiries, and resolving issues to enhance the shopping experience.
    3. System Management: Utilizing POS systems to manage inventory, track sales, and generate reports.
    4. Training Staff:  Providing training and support to other employees on transaction processes and customer service standards.
    5. Sales Analysis: Analyzing sales data to identify trends, monitor performance, and suggest improvements.
    6. Compliance: Ensuring adherence to company policies and legal regulations related to transactions and customer data.
